5 kakkars is for khalsa....it is army for the sikhs ... khalsa akal purakh ki fauj
they have thr own constitution and rules and even courts
same as indian army has different courts
you cannot question why all indian armymen have same haircut

if something wrong is written in guidelines i would say guide is at fault...not the person following it
