The multi-talented hunk is expected to entertain his fans with a selection of his alternative and R&B songs from his self-titled album under Sony Music.
Abrenica barged into the limelight in 2006 when he joined a reality-based talent show StarStruck: The Next Level and won the "Ultimate Hunk" title. He then appeared in different film and television projects, TV commercials, and print ads.
The model then released his debut album Aljur in 2010 under GMA Records/Sony Music. The album is a mix of original songs and covers, including Iisa Sa Magkabilang Mundo, Di Na Ako Aasa Pa, Kailan Kaya, Beauty And Madness, and the Latin-flavoured carrier single Sayang Sayang.
In early 2011, the Ultimate Hunk was awarded Best Asian Model at the Asia Model Festival Awards being held annually in Korea.
