Actually i h'ave got a problem, afta mye accident i have gained weight because of the total bed rest and healthy food, and i wanna be slim-trim again, so help me if ya can, If ya can tell me some exercises, that `ll be great or tell me waht to eat what to not :(

I 'ave given up entertainin' mye taste budds................No Coke, No Burgers, No Pizza, No Kebab, No Nuffin'...its jus i have to start mye runnin' and joggin' :cnf

ok well first of all stop eating all da fried foods, stop eating ice creams n all, eat less sugar, n then go to gym jog for about 30 mins n walk for 30 mins, drink lots n lots of water, coz when u will exercise it will help u reduce more weight, n whenever u go to gym dont eat nething 2 hrs b4 going to gym n dont eat nething right away after coming back from gym give atleast 2 hrs, do that for a month u will reduce lots of weight, i followed the same things n i reduced some weight:taz :taz

donate sum wt to merolf rolf rolf ,,,,,i m not under wt though,,,,like my BMI doesnt say i m underwt.....still i wanna add few pds,,,,,,,,hey is there any way to regulate the diet....i knw the balanced diet stuff,,,,its just tht i dont care abt it,,,hehe,,,,,,:D
