possible but in india paypal is very restricted.

koi nri member apna paypal use karn dave ta ho sakda.

koi India to bahr wala paypal account holder dekhde.

ik indian verified account can do the same stuff ..
fee for paypal receiving is 2.9% + $0.30 USD to 3.9% + $0.30 USD
and we can withdraw money to our bank account ..which will take 5-7 days..!! ..

ps. we can recieve money but we cant buy anything from our paypal balance..we will have to route it through our bank account ..
