this thing is sooo true that life is very stressful no matter in which country u live. evry1 hv bunch of tensions.

to remove tensions and control on temper it depends upon person wut he/she likes most for example:

sum ppl do exercise like running, weightlifting. boxing on punching bag, swimming, dancing etc.
sum ppl do prayer.
sum ppl write poetry wenever they r very upset.
sum ppl start painting or sketching.
sum ppl listen music of that kind according to their mood.
sum ppl start eating
sum ppl start pressin stress ball that helps a lot wen u r in anger.
sum ppl start playin voilent games .
sum ppl go to very peaceful area like beach ,garden or empty room to relax themselves.
sum ppl start crying
sum ppl start singing or playin any musical instrument.
there r lots of other options tooo.

the problem is now-a-days ppl dont give their time to theirselves. they r tooo busy to do other work like to feel jealous sumbody, to earn more and more money.ppl r not satisfied wut they hv.

thats y now a days everybody has stress and unable to enjoy his/her life.

hopefully u guys dont u hv stressful life. unfortunately if u hv try above options who nos which thing gonna work.

I used to do exercise....hit gym when I am sad or depressed......after gym I used to feel ke ik kamm ta changa ho gaya din ch....;)

Now a days...no gym.........share your thoughts with gud friends.....Do Path subah sham.......no tensions.....

Yes I agree with you that it helps a lot,
But i rarely use to do that.
Whenever i feel sad or depressed ,I try to be away from crowd.Like i try to sit alone and think or try to sleep.
But when i was in india i used to do cycling or long walks whenever i felt sad.It always worked to release my depression:y

me mumbai wich rehana ,te traveling in local trains is common....
local trains r called the life line of mumbai...
lakhs of people travel in local every day.....
their r different kinds of people in local.....
some going to their offices,
some going to their businesses ,
students traveling to their school,colleges...
other people who have come to see mumbai,...
they all discuss various aspect of life,culture,sports,etc....
some time people discuss on things for hours together..
and as i love communicating with different people, i just love it.
so many people together means u come across different people i can observe their ways of thinkin,
their style of talkin,
their style of expressing themself
and their different problems.......
and for a person like me this sometimes it becomes a real headache
cause i have a problem of thinking on the things other have told me...
not just by the people who know me,but also by those who dont even know me and tell me their problem,
people fight just for a slight push by the other person....
this make me angry ......
y people fight,with others on small reason.......???
y can they bear small thing.............???
y they make issues of small things....???

"Meri hee jindagi aiddan di kaate ah?" Eh main kisse ton sikheya te agge tuhade naal v share kardi haan, k j kadi assi aiddan samjhde haan k saade naal koi dhakka ho reha hai, Udon bass saanu Waheguru te bharosa rakhna chahida, je apne lai ohna ne ik darjwaja bannd kitta taan agge ohna ne 100 hor darwaje kholl ke rakhe hon ge, Apne dil nu ehi samjhavo k eh darwajja mere lai nai c ga.
