Hollywood hunk Sylvester Stallone had a shocking experience recently wherein he apparently used to see his dead son. The actor thus sent few of his family members to perform Shraadh, the Hindu ritual to seek peace for souls, at Haridwar. The actor wanted to keep it a low-key affair and thus restrained from involving anyone apart from his family. The ritual was performed in Kankhal, Haridwar under the guidance of Prateek Mishrapuri, who is a Vedic scholar from Rishikesh.

Sylvester Stallone approached Mishrapuri to seek help from him, after claiming that he used to see his son Sage even after 3 years of his death. Sylvester’s son Sage was found dead in his apartment in 2012, where it was first said to be a case of drug overdose. Later on the actual truth was revealed wherein Sage’s cause of death was a heart attack. To put his son’s soul at peace, Stallone sent his brother Michael and his wife to India to perform Shraadh.

Apparently the actor’s family made a secret visit to India, fearing that they would be hounded by paparazzi. Prateek Mishrapuri himself advised them to do so, in order to maintain the authenticity of the ritual performed. They returned to Philadelphia after performing the ‘tithi shradh’, done for those who meet their end through accident or murder.

This must definitely have been hard on Sylvester Stallone and his family, who lost their beloved son Sage. Sylvester who is married to Jennifer Flavin also has kids Seargeoh Stallone, Sistine Rose Stallone, Scarlet Rose Stallone, Sophia Rose Stallone. We hope the ritual helps Sylvester Stallone and his family find peace at last.
