Spicy Paneer Paratha

Servings : 3-6

Ingredients:
1/2 cup - grated paneer
Half a bunch - chopped mint
3 tsp - chopped green chillies
1 tsp - chat masala
1 tsp - garam masala
Salt to taste
1 cup - maida
2 tsp - salt
2 tsp - oil
Ghee for frying parathas

Method

  1. Mix grated paneer, chopped mint, chillies, chat masala, garam masala and salt to make a smooth paste.
  2. Make small balls of these and keep aside.
  3. Mix maida and a pinch of salt with water to make a soft dough
  4. Add oil to this dough and then leave for some time with a lid covered on it.
  5. After 5 min, make small balls of this dough, roll out each ball.
  6. Place the paneer ball on this rolled out piece and roll it out into a thick roti.
  7. Heat a tava, place paratha on it and add ghee.
  8. Fry the papratha on both sides till golden brown and serve with spicy mint chutney.
