Ingredients

Chapathi Dough
1 potato medium size ( boiled & mashed)
1/4 cup grated or crushed paneer
1 tbsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp haldi
chopped coriander leaves few
salt to taste
oil for frying

Directions
Make semi-soft chapathi dough.This vl make the parathas crispier.
For filling, in a bowl mix all the above ingredients except oil and chapathi dough and make small balls out of this mixture and keep aside .
Now make balls out of chapathi dough and roll out each balls to small chapathi , apply little oil evenly on the rolled out chapathi and keep 1 potato mixture balls in the centre and close it from all sides and seal it and make a peda size and again roll it out to a paratha of around 5-6 inch diameter .While rolling out you have to do it lightly.while rolling out dust the paratha with wheat flour to avoid from sticking it to rolling pin (belan).
Now place tawa on gas stove and put a tsp of oil on tawa and then place a paratha on it and roast it on medium flame by putting oil on both sides. Like this , do with the rest of the parathas.
Serve hot with curd or pickle.
