Turn it off by taking the battery out
Now put the phone into download mode. If the keys dont work, use the jig from internet. If you cant buy one check the internet on how to make one.
It will put ur phone into download mode and then you can flash.
but...a big problem can be awaiting.
that is motherboard. Very common problems with samsung phones. If you flash fails , you got a bricked phone due to motherboard.
