No reason really... Dhillonji said to let everyone know about the rule late February so we've decided to go forth enforcing the rule now... hopefully everyone knows it by now.

^^ Decision to enforce new rules is good. But lol.. i think u hav only decided to do so..We should discuss before taking new steps.. date v fix kar dite te post v kr te, te minu bad ch dasiya..We hv to work as a team..So remember, in future..we both shud aware, before people came to knw if we r going to do some new..
