A doctor at Anuradha hospital in Mumbai's Vasai area has been accused of selling a [COLOR=blue! important][COLOR=blue! important]baby[/COLOR][/COLOR].
The doctor apparently snatched a baby from a couple after they couldn't pay the hospital fee of Rs 4,500 for the delivery on November 26.
The doctor has also been accused of confining the mother in the hospital and making her work as a maid for almost a month.
The baby had apparently been sold to an agent in Mumbai for Rs 1 lakh 10 thousand.
The police have now arrested the doctor and reunited the parents with their newborn
