Mata Sahib Kaur was the third wife of the tenth Sikh guru Gobind Singh.
Born Sahib Devan, she was the daughter of Ramu of Rohtas. She did not have any child with Guru Gobind Singh, but she was declared as the mother of all the baptized Sikhs (the Khalsa).

Re: Mata Sahib Kaur Je De Janam Din te Lakh Lakh Vadhaayee h

thanks for sharing .....

Mata Sahib Kaur was the third wife of the tenth Sikh guru Gobind Singh.
Who was the second wife?
4 Sahibjadey was from the womb of Mata Sundar Kaur Ji.

Why second and third wife, and why no kids from them?
Is their any conspiracy theory behind this three wife story?
Some Indian epics has such stories like Raja Dashrath has 3 wives, Shri Krishna has 16000 wives, Bhim has 2, Arjun has 2, their father Pandu has 2 wives, Draupadi has 5 husbands, Kunti has one son Karan from Suraj Devta and another from Pandu.

Regarding Mata Sahib Devan Kaur Ji being the mother of Khalsa, it has been the tradition in Sikh Religion and history that throne has always gone to more deserving rather then son-dad or husband-wife relationship.

For ex: Bhai Kapur Singh used to take care of Khalsa Army horses, cleaning them and feeding them. Khalsa unanimously gave him the throne and Bhai Kapur Singh became Nawab Kapur Singh.
