List of punjab number plates

If you goto Punjab and see the number plates, you can figure out the area from the numberplate.
That is the first four character/numbers of the number plate.
There is no system in place to track the name of the owner and registration details using the number plate like here.

yes thats correct PB-01 is for taxis, but its issued from RTO chandigarh.
i guess thats y he meant PB01 as chandigarh
