100 grams ( Atta) wheat flour
100 grams ghee
100 Grams sugar
200 ml Water

Instructions: 1. Take a heavy based pan and add all the wheat flour and roast
2. Once it become light brown add all the Ghee and Sugar.
3. Stir it continuously and add the water.
4. Keep on stirring otherwise it will stick to the bottom.
5. Once the water starts vapourising it will tend to thicken.

Serve hot
