Introduction PMs to Newbies!

I would suggest if admin could start the Introduction Pm system to Newbies , which would be a PM sent to new registered users as soon as they sign-in for the first time , which would contain Links to the Tutorials to "How to download from UNP" , because many times we come across newbies accidently reporting threads while replying.

add information abt ...When & How to REPORT post also , many new bies also thinks that by reporting post , the links will be unhidden or replying to members when they recieve PM 4m sumone !
