there are many other reasons for industries to struggle in punjab, more then cheap bijli it is the tax heavens SEZ in himachal, j&k, haryana. Do you know how many industries moved to parwanu, bilaspur and other areas outside punjab. i read that center govt is planning to put 10 more years of SEZ for neighboring states of punjab.
there are 43 landlocked countries in this world.....no ports of their own.....some of them are: Hungary, Austria, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Zimbawe, Serbia......
not to forget our neighbors, nepal, bhutan.......and soon in future tibet & khalistan
these problems have solution........these are secondary things and can be taken care of.
