Dabangg producer Arbaaz Khan who has certainly pocketed big bucks following the film’s good run at box office was visited by Income Tax sleuths.
A surprise inspection was conducted at Khan’s office in suburban Bandra to see if the accounts were in place.
“It is just a routine check on the advance tax as ‘Dabangg’ has collected lot of money,” Arbaaz said.
Starring his brother Salman Khan and newcomer Sonakshi Sinha, Dabangg has become the biggest hit film from Bollywood this year. Its opening day and opening weekend collections even surpassed that of Aamir Khan’s 3 Idiots last year.
Dabangg is the first film to be produced by Arbaaz in association with his wife Malaika Arora who also had an item song in the film.
