ਹੁਣ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦਾ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਉਹਨਾ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਾਰਜ ਉਤੇ। ਅਗਰ ਇਹ ਜੰਨਤਾ ਦੀ ਵਧਿਆ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਨੇ, ਤਾ ਜਰੂਰ ਆਵਾਮ ਜਾਗੇਗਾ। ਫਿਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਵ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ election ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਵਧੀਆ campaign ਕਰਨ, ਤਾ ਹੀ ਕਿੱਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਰਾਮ ਤੇ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਮਹਾਜ਼ਨ ਵਰਗੀਆ ਦੀ ਜੱੜ ਪੁਟੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਵੀਰੋ।
ਇਹਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ election campaign ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹਨਾ ਕੁਝ issues ਉਪਰ ਜੋਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
1. Equality of people regardless cast/creed. They should eliminate SC quota. Everyone should be treated fairly and equally. Benefits to people should be given based on their income level, not on their caste and lineage.
With PAN number, the government can find out who makes how much income. Create a system where income can be tracked and taxed properly.
2. Reform Punjab Police. Tailor made IPS and PPS for Punjab. Everyone should start at 4th class constable level and grow based on their performance. No one should starts at a higher post based on Education (ie fresh out of IPS/PPS and should never be posted as SI, ASI, SP, SSP). There should be proper physiological test, background checks, physical and written test and 2 years of probation period on the job. Police should operate independently, not under any low level minister/chief minister, but report only to joint committee made up of member of public & government under the ministry of public safety.

This practice will bring bright individuals protecting Punjab population.
2. Reform Education. There should be a College of Teachers. Anybody wants to teach should apply with this college where they are tested based on their education background (ie Science, mathematics, English, Punjabi, Hindi) Once they pass, they are given admission and are tought how to teach to kids. These teachers should be physiologically tested (we do not want pedophiles, criminals teaching our kids in Punjab) and once they graduate from this college of teachers, they are registered(just like doctors & nurses) and if they are not good teachers or they do something wrong, their teaching licences is cancelled and they can no longer teach anywhere in Punjab. Than these educators will be more responsible and accountable to teach. There should be a public committee of oversight officers who will posted around each district to take tours and take complaints from parents.
These teachers salaries should be based on kids performances in exams.
3. Create awareness in people regarding Female Feticide in Punjab. Educate females in major cities and villages. Create help center for females in every city where if they are being harassed by their families they can complain. Government should create shelters for victims of domestic abuse (women, kids, men) and they should be looked after. Bring more women in government organizations.
4. Create high speed train links(just like Europe and China) between majors cities in Punjab. Make two/three hubs such as Amritsar, Ludhiana & Mohali. This will create new jobs in Punjab for construction of the rails and also eliminate pollution. (badal will be severally affected cuz his buses will no longer needed and people will use public transport ) Create proper Public metro transportation (ie metro trains, underground trains, buses linking these train hubs with smaller cities) This will create more jobs for people who will be working in buses, trains operation/maintenance.
5. Shut down any coal power plant and make smaller Thorium powered nuclear plants in all major cities. Create more jobs in building proper electrical grid.
6. Reform farming. Rivers water should be given first to Punjab farmers and later to any other state. Bring back organic farming in Punjab and introduce farmers to produce without pesticides. Punjab farmer can sell his/her product to anyone in India, (currently a Punjab farmer cannot sell outside of Punjab)
7. Reform Shromani Gurudwara Committe. All money should be counted and posted on website along with their expenses for each Gurudwara. That goes for major mandirs as well in Punjab. Donations at all religious center should be used to create Drug Addiction/rehab center for youth in Punjab. Portion of the money should be used to fund government hospitals and free dispensaries and education. If these crooks do not want to reform or change, create awareness in public not to donate any money to these thugs. Instead create duswand charity which is transparent and public donations/funds are properly utilized. When public will see change, they will donate more for better cause...than these babes.
8. Put a CAP on all government employees pay and reduce their benefits and pension plans. Reduce the number of government organization to cut cost. These people are sucking on our blood for so many years.
9. Reform our court systems. Clear pending court cases. Tehsildars, RTO’s and other slow organization should be made more practical and robust.
10. Promote Punjabi (I know I am writing in English) at very high levels. All public facilities, organization should use Punjabi as first language.
11. Promote small business. Give them tax benefits. Lure in manufacturing companies, and give them major tax breaks to create more Jobs. Every politician should be given pay based on how many companies they have lured into Punjab to create jobs. If they are not doing their work...sorry no pay for you

Number 9. Create more small level courts in smaller cities, where public matters can be solved quickly. No unnecessary government cars/security/benefits to these judges. They should be given decent pay and practical benefits.

12. Create a sister partnership with other major cities (Local Punjab City mayors should visit other Major cities in North America to learn how to operate a city properly)
