Ingredients:
3 tsp - oats
1/2 - red chilli
1 - green chilli
1/2 inch ginger, grated
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
1 tsp oil
100ml butter milk
Salt to taste
200 ml water
To temper:
1/2 tsp - mustard, uraid dal, asafoetida

Method
- Heat oil, add mustard seeds and allow to splutter.
- Add urad dal, red chillies and asafoetida.
- Add ginger, green chilli and chopped curry leaves
- Add oats and water
- Finally add salt and cook till oats is done.
- Turn off the flame, cool and add butter milk (or youghurt).
- Serve with moar milagai
