Ingredients :
1. Besan 1 cup
2. Water 3 cups
3. Green chillies 10 slit length wise
4. Hing a small pinch
5. Salt 1 tsp
6. Mustard 1 tsp
7. Lemon Juice (1 lemon)
Method :
1. Make a Batter with besan, salt and 2 cups of water and keep it aside.
2. Fry mustard, hing, green chillies in oil for a few minutes.
3. Add one cup of water. Let it cook for a few minutes.
4. Add the besan batter and keep it stirring until the besan gets cooked.
