Ingrediants:

4 small yellow or green shimla mirch
1 tablespoon makai ka aata
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kali mirch
1 tablespoon cheese for garnishing
2 teaspoon cream
1/2 cup corn
1 cup macaroni boiled
1 teaspoon green coriender
chilli flakes
1 tablespoon oil
paneer n salt to taste

Method:
Remove the cap from top of shimla mirch n empty it from inside.Put makai ka aata olive oil kali mirch paneer cream milk corn in a pan n cook till it thickens.Now add boiled macaroni n coriender in this mixture.Now fill shimla mirch with this mixture and baked shimla mirchs for 10 mins.now garnish with cheese and serve.
