Am always getting pop-ups saying that upgrade ur sim to 4G when ever my mobile data is closed. Even though my sim is 4G i cant stop those pop-ups

Can some one please help? *121*46# isn't working and Sim Toolkit does not have any option as Idea Flash

if nothing works then just type STOP and send it to 58595
then restart the fone
some times it shows msg not delivered but noneed to worry

The format has changed a bit

You could use *121# -> 4 (Self Care) -> 5 (Data Notification) -> 2 (Stop Notification)
or for at once as
*121*4*5*2#

To stop flash msg for ordinary mobiles
Go to setting => display setting => cell info display => off
