On a serious note Sippu ki baat right hai .. pehli baat 1 drink ke baad 1 glass paani piya karo(2 glass doctors bolte hai) , second kuch carbs khaya karo (wheat, rice etc etc) 3rd khaali pet kabhi mat piya karo... have some protein as well .. u shud feel better in the morning
