Quick Sprouts Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup of Moong Daal (Green) Sprouts (Sprouts-Soak Daal for two days in wet muslin cloth in cool dark place)
- Salt to Taste
- 1 Lemon
- 1 cup of chopped cabbage or lettuce
- ½ Cucumber Chopped finely
- ½ Onion Chopped thinly
- 1 Ripe Tomatoes thinly chopped
- 1 tsp of Cilantro / Dhaniya chopped finely
- 4-5 olives finely chopped
- Mix all ingredients together and squeeze lemon.
- Add Salt and Pepper to taste
- Serve this Nutritious salad to everyone and stay healthy
