The Punjab Government has decided to accept all kinds of taxes on commercial vehicles through online payment system only.
This system will come into force from tomorrow. Transport Secretary Anurag Aggarwal said the online payment of taxes had been implemented in Punjab as part of e governance project implementation in the state. He said that online payment of taxes would not only entail public convenience but would also pluck leakage of Government revenue.
