okay so like i dont even know what to write because im in so much pain at the moment. ive never ever been this sick before and my throat is so bad that it feels like its been lit on fire as well as my sinuses and ears and i cant swallow and it even hurts to breathe

jeh kisse kohl koi elaaj aa, desi or whatever, please dasso because i DO NOT wanna go to the doctor, and i DO NOT want to be on antibiotics
