NON VEGETARIAN TOASTED SANDWICH
Toasted chicken sandwich with a difference.

INGREDIENTS
Bread 4 slices
Butter 2 tablespoons
Boneless chicken breast, boiled and shredded 2
Salt to taste
Pineapple, chopped 1/4 cup
Onion , chopped 1 small
Green capsicum, thin strips 1 medium
Pickled gherkins, sliced 1 tablespoon
Mint chutney 2 tablespoons
Potato, boiled , peeled and grated1 small
Cheese, grated 1 tablespoon
METHOD
Take boneless chicken breasts in a bowl. Add salt, pineapple, onion, green capsicum, gherkins and mint chutney and mix. Add potato, grated cheese and mix well. Spread the filling on one slice and cover with another.Butter both the sides of the inside of a sandwich toaster and place a prepared sandwich carefully. Place the toaster on medium heat and cook till both the sides are golden.
