Nokia has just introduced a new budget-priced, entry-level music phone with a “massive speaker on the back, rated at 106phon (a phon is a measure of perceived loudness – 106 of them is enough to rattle your window frames, apparently).”
The X1-00 is a pure music phone. It has a color display, three dedicated music buttons, FM tuner, and a microSD card slot for up to 16GB memory card. The phone has no camera, but comes with built-in flashlight. The new X1-00 runs Series 30 OS with music player.
It measures 112.2 x 47.3 x 16mm and weighs 91g.
It will be available in Orange, Ocean blue and Dark grey in select markets starting in April and should cost €34 (before taxes and subsidies).
