Recipe Mixed Burfi

Mixed Burfi

Time Taken : 15-30 mins

Ingredients:
1 cup coconut grated
1/2 cup milk powder
1/2 ground cashew
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp milk
2 pinches yellow food colour
1 tsp elachi powder



Method

  1. Take a kadai, mix all the ingredients except food colour and heat for 5 min.
  2. Once the mixture starts leaving the pan, add food colour.
  3. Remove and spread on a greases plate.
  4. Cut into pieces.
