Lift your feet and knees from the ground and flutter the legs back and forth. Continue for 20 seconds. Take a break of 20 seconds and repeat again. Follow regularly to create a balance in your torso and trim down the love handles.

Twist Crunches
Workout your internal and external obliques and force the love handles out of your body. Lie on your back and bend your knees. Keep your hands behind your head and lift up your head without locking your fingers together. Twist to the left bringing your right elbow to the left knee. Stretch out your right leg straight. Come back to the starting position and repeat on the other side. Twist to the right with your left elbow touching the right knee. Extend your left leg out. Repeat this exercise 25 times.

Reverse Crunches
Lie on the floor with your legs bend and hands locked behind your head. Lift up your knees and bring them inwards towards your chest till they form a 90 degree angle. Your legs should be parallel to the ground with your feet crossed. Lift your head up the ground and contract your legs inwards with your hips moving up the floor. Lower your hips and head. Repeat 10-15 times in sets of 3.

Standing Trunk Twists
Apart from burning calories in your stomach, this exercise will shoot up your heart rate. Stand with your feet at a foot’s distance and knees slightly bent. With your hips and legs in their position, twist your body to the left and cross your right arm in front of your chest in a punching position. Twist back to the front position and bring back your right arm to your side. Repeat on the right in the same manner with your left arm outside. Do 10 repetitions.
