Ingredients :::::

Lauki (bottel gourd) 500g
Gramflour (chickpeas flour) 1/3 cup
Masala Oats { Tomato peppey flavour } 1/3 cups
Salt 1/2 tsp
Anardana { pomegranate seed powder} 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Basic bhuna masala 1 cup
Cream 1/2 cup
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Dry Mint leaves powder 1/4 tsp
Any lite oil for deep frying

Instructions ::::

Wash, peel and grate bottle gaurd.
In dry grinder jar of your mixer grinder coarsly grind masala oats.

Take mixing bowl and add grated lauki,salt,red chilli powder,anardana, gramflour and masala oats to bind it all and make a soft dough.
Take about 1 tbsp of this dough and make round balls out of it.
Deep fry them to golden brown.

To Make Curry :::

Make bhuna masala paste according to this recipe and add about 2 cups of water to this. Bring this to a rolling boil and add garam masala,pudina powder and cream to this gravy boil it for 2 more minutes.
Add fried kofta balls to this gravy and serve with steamed basmati rice.
