Ingredients
2 sticks oleo - margarine - butter
2 cups sugar
5 eggs
1 package graham cracker crumbs 13 3/4 oz size
1 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla extract separated
1 can coconut 6 oz
1 can #2 crushed pineapple drained
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Cream oleo and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add crumbs and milk. Beat until smooth, add vanilla, beat until smooth, add vanilla, and beat again. Then fold in coconut, pineapple, and nuts. Pour into greased 3x9x12 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
