imo..u r moving ur body way too much....and doing it pretty rapidly...but i guess in depends on ur body how it responds to various technique...

for me its more of technique...no jerks..rapid up and slowly down taking around 6-7 sec...and max weight i guess 10kg...in a barbell ...downwards movement takes even more time...like 8-10 sec...
