getting this error time and again

quite often when i try to access unp i find the following error for hours together,,,,,,,,,,,, today also i got it for around an hour or so ,,,,,,,,, just wondering am i the only one who gets this or there are others also

Mainu v ah error aunda c par rabb di mehar naal hun bohat taim ho geya kadee v ah error ni aya... :D
Par ajj kall shoutbox nu pata ni ki hoya...challda ni.

This error only comes when the site is either upgrading or the server is down....
Can u let us know the exact day like when this error came because it has been long time from now since this error came.

hunda hai 22g kade-kade kise nu eh problem aundi hai... like pehla eh punjaban nu aundi c fer mainu v aun lag payee.... te hor v kayee members nu kade-kade aundi hai... so i think eh database problem hee hai... gaggi theek kar devega.... don't worry...

kall server down si,is layi error aa rahe si.. shayd 2-3 gante site down rahi.theek karna ta kaafi saukha si par unfortunately koi bhi technical team ( me,guri,dhanna,gagan) vichon shayad online nahi aaya..
