Ingredients
•Vermicelli,dried 1/2 cup
•Falooda vermicelli,dried 1/2 cup
•Rabdi 1 cup
•Rose syrup as required
•Vanilla ice cream 1 packet
•Nuts,chopped 4 tablespoons
Method
Heat 1 cup water in a non stick pan, when the water starts boiling add falooda and cook.
Soak sabza in water till it puffs up. Chill glasses in the refrigerator.
Drain falooda and put into a bowl, add ice cubes and water.
Fill ⅓ of each glass with rabdi, add crushed ice and 3 tsps rose syrup, a little drained sabza, a couple of scoops of vanilla ice cream.
Drain the falooda and some of it into each glass. Sprinkle nuts over them, drizzle some more rabdi and a little rose syrup. Put some more sabza over each glass and serve immediately
