Recipe Dry Egg Dish

ingredients:
Eggs(hard boiled) 8
Oil 1 tbsp
Onions(chopped) 2
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Tomatoes(chopped) 4
Green Chillies(chopped) 4
Salt & chilli powder to taste

Directions:
Cut the eggs into eight pieces each.
Heat the oil in a pan, fry the onions till light brown, then add the cumin seeds, turmeric powder, tomatoes, green chillies and the seasoning.
Cook for about 5 minutes, then add the eggs and cook for another minute.
Serve hot with chapattis or thin parathas.
