Dosti is the first single to be released from the highly anticipated and long awaited studio album entitled ‘GameChanger’ by Notorious JATT. The album has been in production for over four years and features some of the Punjabi music industry’s finest vocalists lending their talents to the sounds of Notorious.

Notorious JATT is renowned for his individual sound and has songs such as Aish, Pegg, Marrey Dil Vaaliyan De and Ramaal in his acclaimed repertoire. Dosti features the vocalist Jaswinder Daghamia in his first collaboration with Notorious. The song was written and recorded in Jalandhar Punjab with Notorious in 2006 before Daghamia had ever released music in the UK; as such it captures his raw folk nature and his eager hunger for success that all singers have when trying to break into new territories.

Dosti is set for worldwide digital release on 1st November 2012 and is accompanied by a high quality video shot by Stormfield Productions. The video concept was produced to both add meaning and substance to the lyrics of the song which celebrate the essence of true friendship.

GameChanger will release worldwide in the coming months on Silverbak Records after the official release of two more singles from the album. Vocalists who feature are Preet Mahadipuria, Pargat & Jagdev Khan, Kulwinder Johal, Hardev Mahinangal, Nirmal Sidhu, Amrita Deepak and Inderpal Pandori. The album also has a collaboration with Kaka Bhaniawala which was one of Kaka’s last ever vocals before he passed away in which he sings about his life and golden years; Notorious has commented on this song saying it’s possibly the most special song he has ever produced so it is definitely something to look forward to in the near future.

After a six year gap from releasing his own musical projects, Notorious has decided that 2012 is time to get back in business; if the massive success of his previous two studio albums (Livin It Up 2006, All Due Respect 2004) is anything to go by then Bhangra loving fans both in the UK and around the world are in for a treat…
