Ingredients
•Yogurt 1 1/2 cups
•Cooked rice 3 cups
•Milk 1 1/2 cups
•Oil 1 tablespoon
•Asafoetida 1/4 teaspoon
•Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
•Curry leaves 9-10
•Dried red chillies,seeded 2
•Ginger,finely chopped 1 teaspoon
•Carrot,grated 2 tablespoons
•Cucumber,grated 1 tablespoon
•Salt to taste
Method
Place yogurt in a bowl and whisk well. Add rice and mash while mixing. Add milk and mix well. Keep the mixture aside for 4 hours.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add asafoetida, mustard seeds, curry leaves, dried red chilies, ginger, and sauté till fragrant. Pour it over the rice mixture. Add carrot, cucumber and salt and mix well. Serve cold.
