1) Heat some oil in a pan
2) Fry the mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal and the red chillies
3) Add onions and cashew nuts to the oil fry them well
4) Add peanuts and grated coconut to the oil and let them blend with the mixture
5) Add some salt to taste
6) finally add the coriander leaves .
7) Boil the rice separately and leave them in a plate and let the rice to cool down.
8) Add the mixture to the white rice.
