Apple is planning to increase its market in India. After re-launching iPhone 4 in India, the company has now announced a new EMI scheme for its iPad Mini users in India. With this new EMI scheme, users will be able to buy an iPad Mini for a down payment of just Rs. 4,999, followed by 18-months EMI. This EMI offer is only available on iPad Mini Wi-Fi 16GB model and is not applicable on other model of iPad Mini.
On 18-month EMI basis, users will be asked to pay Rs. 1,055 per month and it will also include Rs. 2,077 as interest and relevant taxes, the company will also provide you a cash back of Rs. 2,190 at the end of the EMI.
With this new EMI scheme, Apple will bring itself as an excellent competitor for current low cost Android tablets in Indian market. As earlier due to the high price of Apple products, the Indian customers preferred to buy a cheap Android tablet, but now they are getting a better option to choose from.
