Big Bazaar’s Monthly Cash/ Bonus voucher Booklet (“VOUCHER Booklet”) entitles customers to avail discounts as well as other offers mentioned in the Booklet
In order to get the Voucher Booklet, the customer must do a minimum shopping of Rs 2500 (Excluding Baby Foods & Cigarettes) & above in a single bill from 1st November to 10th November from any Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar and fbb outlets across India
Voucher Booklet offers can be redeemed between 11th November to 30th November (inclusive of both days) from any Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar, fbb – Fashion at Big Bazaar outlets across India
Discount/ Offer under Voucher cannot be clubbed together with any other scheme/offer running in the store
Offer is subject to availability of stocks
Voucher Booklet and benefits associated with it are non-transferable and non-redeemable against cash/GV/credit note
Voucher Booklet remains the property of Future Retail Limited (“FRL”), a Future Group company and the holder will be the custodian of the same
Discount/ offer available in the Voucher Booklet may change from time to time or be withdrawn without prior notice. The customer would be bound by such changes; FRL will not be responsible for any liabilities arising out of such situations
By accepting this Voucher, the customer agrees to receive promotional message from FRL through mail and sms related to special offers/previews/discount/sale and consents to creating maintaining and updating data about the customer by FRL. Such data may include details like name, address, telephone number, date of birth, employer, areas of interest, preferences, usage data, etc.
FRL reserves the right to disqualify any person from further participation in offer, if in FRL’s sole judgment such person has violated the terms and conditions specified herein or in case of fraud/ misconduct on the part of person or any other reason which in the opinion of the FRL justifies the same
Retroactive discounting of purchases is not permissible. If a customer fails to present his/her Voucher at the time of purchases, discount/offer will not be made available on the transaction. Customer can avail discount Discounts only on presentation of the Voucher before Purchase/ Billing; the same cannot be done on Post- facto Basis
The Voucher is only valid for bonafide purchase for personal use by the customer only and will not be allowed on goods purchased for resale
Settlement of disputes: terms and conditions set herein shall be governed by the laws of India only. All disputes arising under the terms and conditions subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only
All claims and disputes arising under the terms and conditions should be notified to FRL within 7 days at sharewithus@futuregr...in after which no claim shall be entertained
