Dexter the cartoon ur talking about or dexter in which the guy is the seriall killer. ..the serial killer one is nice..

1. Prison Break(Ended)
2. Lost
3. Dexter
4. Entourage
5. Smallville
6. Californication

I watch more but these are the best
The first five will not dissapoint u at all..those are some very good options

Smallville is done too I believe.

Prison Break's 1st season was unbelievable.

Eureka is pretty decent... oh and if you are into vampires.. nothing beats True Blood (Based on Sookie Stackhouse series)
