Apple hires Nokia PureView camera lead Ari Partinen
Apple seems to be making quite big decisions now a days. Recently we reported that the company is planning to buy Beats Audio and now we are getting to know that the company has hired Nokia’s PureView camera lead named Ari Partinen.
The guy is the man behind some of the amazing camera phones from Nokia such as N8, 808 PureView and Lumia 1020. He announced about this on Twitter today.
Ari worked for Nokia for almost 6 years. He was working there since 2008 and was responsible for camera modules to final image quality and everything in between.
There were rumors that Apple is planning to improve its camera quality in the next iPhone and this might be the guy they have been looking for.
