INGREDIENTS
Apples 2 medium
Cucumbers 3 medium
Beetroot 1 medium
Lemon juice a few drops
METHOD
Grate apples coarsely along with the peel and transfer into a bowl. Similarly grate cucumber and beetroot and add to the apples. Add lemon juice and mix everything well together.Transfer onto a muslin cloth and squeeze out the juice into a fresh bowl. Pour into individual glasses and serve chilled.
