airtel is a completely useless service.
their customer care doenot even connect.. and if it does they cut the call one second into it!!!1
198 doesnt work and neither does 121... i also tried a bunch of other number but all were directed to arecording machine....
i wanted to talk to the executive and there is no option fot that.
a useless and tiresome process.

Airtel has become shit..there is no option to talk to customer care on 121...i have been an airtel customer for more than 10 years and there has been no support! The customer care executives are all too busy calling people to remind them to pay their bills a hundred times..and not for improving customer experience..its better to port out to another operator like vodafone. I am sick of airtel, they have so many subscribers that they dont give a damn!
