Advertising Allowed here??

I just want to ask that Why some people are doing advertisement of their sites here in a free way??
Example Mastermind is putting the name of a site in his threads ..also when you download his albums In tracks name of same site is written !
Also someone I found just now written the name Of a site in threads with news server & Tracklist !
