Gita 1.42.2 By the mixture of castes, the (entire) clan as well as those who destroy the clan-values will fall to hell only. Deprived of the offerings like rice ball, water etc, their forefathers indeed will fall from their world.


Gita 1.43.2 By these wrong deeds of the destroyers of family which cause the mixing of castes, the eternal dharma of kula and caste get destroyed.


Gita 1.44. 2 For those men who destroy the dharma of the kula, the dwelling is certainly in hell. O, Krishna, this we have heard.

can someone explain me meaning of these lines..

All your claims about women in 'other' religion.

SGGS revere Vedas in good light, so its unlikely its from veds.
Anything else is opinion or fiction.
Bed kateb kaho matt jhoothe, jhootha jo na vicharey ....
Yes gurbani is bit similar to one of the ved ...
But on the same time it point out the shortcomings of ved......during eqrly 1900 aryasamjis tried thr best to prove that gurbani is just utara of veds.....but during those time luckily we had ppl like sirdar kapur singh .....

॥: Jaanahu joti na pooshahu jaatee aagai jaat na he: Recognize God's Light (within all), and don't ask or consider Jaatee, as there is no Jaati in the world hereafter (sggs 349).

ਦੇਹੀ ਜਾਤਿ ਨ ਆਗੈ ਜਾਏ ॥ ਜਿਥੈ ਲੇਖਾ ਮੰਗੀਐ ਤਿਥੈ ਛੁਟੈ ਸਚੁ ਕਮਾਏ ॥: Dehee jaati na aagai jaae. Jitahi lekhaa mangeeai tithai chhuttai sach kamaae: Man's body and Jaati will not go with him to the world hereafter. Where one is called to answer for his account, there, he will be emancipated only by the practice of Truth* (sggs 112).

Being a Sikh and being a Punjabi are two completely different things. peolple often get religion and tradition mixed Sikhs live in a society where 98% people are believe in castes
in Indian society castes are tradition and culture.hindusom and Sikhism is totally mixed up on India.. Sikhs starts to accept Hindu beliefs and some Punjabi Hindus go on gurudwaras and accept beliefs..majority faith always affect minority faiths..
same way Buddhism was not believe in murti poooja ..but now they have idol of budh. bcoz it totaaly affected by Hinduism

Differences ta dasso.
vedas belive in the existence of Ram ji,vishnu or Krishna etc..but SGGS does not believe in their existence,,Guru ji has referred to mythological stories allegorically, metaphorically, and symbolically to explain gurbani philosophy.

in vedas we find mantras designed to do harm to others and to benefits to others..jive ke ik mantar vaar vaar read karn naal koi magic ho jao..but in Gurbani there are no magical mantras ..guru ji ne kite ni keha ke ik mantar read karn naal thuhada work set hoju,,Gurbani says "Earn through honest hard work and help"

in vedas there is agni pooja,,Trees di pooja,,animals di pooja idol worship show kiti gyi aa..par gurbani do not believe in these worships

many more,,

gurbani does not criticize vedas and any other religius book,,all religiois books Point toward That One Truth.
