Change your Media. Make Bootable usb with win2flash.
Delete Main Partition as well as system reserved partition. and then try to install Windows 7. Let the partition to be created automatically.

^ i think your boot configuration/hard disk is corrupted 
Try Easy bcd to remove all your boot configuration and than install windows. if it's still not working than take out the hdd, plug it into any other pc, make backup of imp files/folders, full wipe@format, plug it into your own pc, install new windows.
