Fast charging not working :(

yesterday i updated my Samsung galaxy edge 7 which already had been Android 7.0 Nougat installed but the network provider still send updates once a month atleast like security issue fixed, minor bug fixes, etc......

today took 3 hrs to charge fully (previously, 40% battery charged in 45 mins max. but now 48% took 2 and half hours ??) i checked all settings which were unchanged including fast charging option enabled....

anyone using same device plz tell me if you have same issue or its only me.. so i can contact tech dept or insurance company..

Install 'Ampere' app from playstore and check charging voltage.
