West Indies win toss and bowl first against Pakistan

Bridgetown: West Indies captain Darren Sammy on Monday won the toss and chose to bowl first in the fourth one-day international against Pakistan at Kensington Oval.

Pakistan, who have a winning 3-0 lead in the five-match series, made two changes to the XI that played in the first three matches.

Rested

Fast bowler Wahab Riaz and batsman Umar Akmal have been rested while Tanvir Ahmad and Usman Salahuddin have been chosen for their debut matches.

The West Indies brought in the experienced Ramnaresh Sarwan for his first match of the series while wicketkeeper Carlton Baugh returns to the side.

The hosts left out pacer Andre Russell and leg-spinner Anthony Martin.
